We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

We use cookies for security purposes and to provide you with the Service. Third parties may also use cookies to help them provide or improve their services. Refer to our Cookie Notice for more information.

6. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?

You may use your account to log in to the Service via third-party social media services such as Google. We may collect the authentication credentials you use for these services in accordance with the privacy policies of these third-party social media services.

When you use a social media login and interact with the Service, we may receive your profile information from the social media provider. We will only use your personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the personal information that third-party social media services collect about you, nor are we responsible for the privacy practices and policies of those services.

7. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?

To operate the Service, we rely on third-party service providers (sub-processors), some of which process personal information on infrastructure located both inside and outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). Our principal sub-processors are:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage. Depending on the region in which it is provisioned, data may be hosted within the EU and/or in the United States.
  • Vercel — application hosting and content delivery through a global edge network.
  • Mapbox — map rendering and related location services.

Because these providers operate globally, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA, the United Kingdom ("UK"), or Switzerland to a country that has not been recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection, we put in place appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law. In particular, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) as the legal mechanism for such transfers.

We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. No personal information is transferred to third parties that are not described in this Privacy Policy.

You can obtain a copy of the Standard Contractual Clauses used for transfers by contacting us using the contact information provided in Section 14.

8. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We will retain personal information for no longer than the period users have an account. When you no longer have an account, we will delete your personal information or anonymise it so it can no longer be associated with you.

If deletion or anonymisation is not possible, we will store your personal information in a securely isolated environment and will delete it when it becomes possible.

9. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

If you require us to provide you with a higher degree of security, please contact us using the details provided in Section 14 and we will respond to your request.

10. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such a minor's use of the Service.

If we learn that personal information from persons under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to promptly delete such information from our records.

If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under 18, please contact us at mikelmusial@gmail.com.

11. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

EEA, UK, and Switzerland Users. If you are a resident of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have certain data protection rights under applicable data protection laws. These include:

  • The right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • The right to rectification of any inaccurate personal information we hold about you

Account Information. You can review and change your personal information by logging into your account settings. If you wish to delete your account, you can contact us and we will respond to your request. Upon termination of your account, we will deactivate and delete your account from our active databases.

Cookies. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can set your browser to remove or reject cookies, but this may affect the availability and functionality of the Service.

If you have questions about your privacy rights, you may email us at mikelmusial@gmail.com.

12. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your browsing activities tracked and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised.

As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that communicates your choice to opt out of tracking.

If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

13. Do We Make Updates to This Notice?

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
